About Stanley

Stanley is a lifelong Brooklynite: the son of Haitian immigrants, raised in Flatbush and educated at Kingsborough (AA), John Jay (BA), and Brooklyn College (MA).

He is a civic leader committed to strengthening his community, having served on Community Board 18, the Brooklyn Democratic County Committee, and as Vice President of the Flatlands Civic club.

About State CoMmittee

A State Committee Member, also known as a District Leader, is a leader within the local Democratic Party. They vote for the Party Chair and help select Judicial candidates. They also represent their Assembly District in the NY State Democratic Party.
